Anyone interested in machine learning and artificial intelligence has at some point wanted to develop algorithms for trading stocks. Even though I own a machine learning company working with several large companies, I didn’t have a lot of experience with predicting stock prices. Naturally, I turned to Udacity to learn more.

This post is a review of the Computer Vision Nanodegree on Udacity. It’s a great course for programmers and data scientists who wants to take a deep dive.

If you want to build machine learning algorithms for complex data such as text, images, or video, deep learning is your field. I’m the founder and CEO of a machine learning company in Sweden, where we do exactly that, and I love it. When I read about the Udacity Deep Learning Nanodegree, one part of the curriculum caught my attention, and I decided to dive in.
